Kenneth Williams is a
family man married to
Alfreda Brown Williams. Mr. Williams started in this business as the designated Employee in a company named
Kencil
Construction. There he
supervised jobs such as "Food Lion Deli additions," and more....
Kencil
started and completed the
deli for food lion at two stores. In addition, Kenneth supervised
residential
rehab properties located in North Richmond which became the topic in a T.V.
segment relating to homes being rehabilitated in the Richmond, Virginia
area. The area mentioned is now known as "Neighborhood in Bloom".
After approx. ten years in that partnership,
Kenneth Williams decided to start his own Construction Business. With a
vision and the skills from his vital contribution to Kencil, Kenneth
Williams launched
Williams
Construction Company, LLC.
This
is a class A Company / Builder. Williams construction is experienced in both
residential and commercial work with financing opportunities available. It
is a limited
liability Company (LLC)
properly licensed
and insured.
Kenneth Williams is a family
man, but more importantly, he is a man of God! Under Williams Construction
the company has done both residential and commercial. We have however,
completed a KFC store (interior package) located on Mechanicsville Pike in
Richmond. We are
professional and we walk in integrity.
We believe that we can do "ALL THINGS" through Christ
who
gives us the strength. Our prices are competitive, and we do go that extra
mile. We give you
free estimates
that includes advice as to the most economical method of getting the
work done. If we think it may be something you can do yourself, we will give
you advice on what you need to do. We're here for any size job, big
or small! We believe that if it is big enough to concern you, then
it is big enough for us to do, as a company serving you, no job is too
small!
In
business since
the year 2000, Williams Construction has been
doing quality work. We do Additions, decks, roofing installation / leaks,
siding, concrete, replacement windows, gutters, yard work,
painting, drywall hanging/repair, and other areas of construction.
We are
a Contractor with the
"Elderhomes
Corp", a non-profit
organization geared towards assisting the disadvantage. Williams
construction makes it a practice to "Give something back"
by going that extra mile when doing work for our senior citizens and our
families who are disadvantaged.
Elderhomes Corp
are doing a wonderful work in this area and I am "blessed" to be able to be
a part of this group, helping others.
